Rebuild of a handmade brick garden wall in South Liverpool. Victorian handmade brick with newly quarried Cumbrian red sandstone and NHL 3.5 lime mortar. We also hand carved and fitted a 2019 datestone.
Reclaimed cobbles, Yorkstone paving and kerbs laid to return the entrance to the Coach House of this grade 2 listed property in Grassendale, South Liverpool back to how it would have originally been.
Original hand made brick and stone pier rebuilt to match existing pier. NHL 3.5 lime mortar used to re-build pier in reclaimed hand made brick and specials. New Cumbrian red sandstone coping and block fitted to match original and re-pointing of existing brick and stonework.
We were asked to restore this cellar and wine room of a grade 2 listed property back to how it originally looked. We salvaged most of the original Yorkshire stone flagstones to reuse for both the shelves and the flooring. We used reclaimed brick for the walling and newly quarried Cumbrian red sandstone to replace the damaged steps.
